Engineering Assistant, Quality

- Responsible for driving corrective action plan for the Quality department

Job Description

• Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers
• Coordinate technical analysis by cross functional teams
• Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
• SPC trend, analyze and monitor KPI, suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor, if necessary 
• Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
• Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
• Support PPAP submission
• Support Q Plan development and planning
• Support quality improvement projects.
• Support internal and external audits (ISO, IATF 16949, customer audit)

Requirements

• Diploma Holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Experience with Quality engineering tools
• Knowledge with SMT process
•  Knowledge with PCBA Assembly process
• Knowledge with Bulk Capacitor fabrication process
• Excellent with time management and organization skills
