Lead the Asia Demand Planning function and drive the transformation of planning processes to improve forecast accuracy, operational effectiveness, and business performance.

Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align demand, supply, and commercial plans through S&OP and S&OE.

Champion continuous improvement, strengthen planning governance, and serve as the primary Planning representative for Asia.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the regional demand planning strategy aligned with business goals.

* Lead and coach the Demand Planning team to deliver high performance.

* Drive S&OP and S&OE excellence through robust governance, KPIs, and planning processes.

* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.

* Lead planning transformation initiatives to enhance demand visibility, process efficiency, and decision-making.

* Provide executive reporting, manage critical escalations, and represent Demand Planning in leadership forums.

* Act as the primary Planning liaison across Asia, ensuring alignment between commercial teams and manufacturing.

Requiremement :

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

* 5+ years of progressive people leadership experience in demand planning or supply chain.

* Proven expertise in Demand Planning, S&OP/S&OE, and cross-functional collaboration.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and change management skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement.

* Willingness to travel within Asia and work overlapping U.S. hours as needed.
