Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and analyze sales and market data using Excel, SAP, and company software

• Use data insights to guide sales direction and market development strategies

• Proactively propose ideas to improve sales performance

• Investigate root causes behind sales outcomes and market trends

• Support lead generation, promotional campaigns, and B2B marketing initiatives

• Double-check completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Modern Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate is a plus

• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales improvement

• Curious and analytical – investigates reasons behind outcomes

• Purpose-driven – always questions the "why" behind actions

• High hospitality standards – anticipates and understands others' needs

• Action-oriented – ready to take immediate action
