Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process sales orders and quotations accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Follow up on order status and provide updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of customer service, sales support, or order processing experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
