Responsibilities

• Assess borrowers’ financial strength, cash flow and repayment ability.
• Analyse businesses and industry trends to identify credit risks.
• Evaluate collateral, including shares, bonds and property.
• Prepare credit proposals with clear recommendations.
• Support the structuring of financing terms and lending conditions.
• Present credit assessments to internal approvers.
• Review financing and security documents with relevant parties.
• Work with deal teams to ensure transactions meet credit policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of credit analysis experience in banking, securities or a relevant financial institution.
• Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills; secured or structured lending experience preferred.
• Good communication skills; regional lending or security documentation exposure is an advantage.
