  1. Lead and manage corporate legal projects, including company incorporation, restructuring (e.g., shareholding changes, KBLI adjustments, capital changes), and company dissolution/liquidation

  2. Liaise with notaries, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and compliant execution of all processes

  3. Manage Online Single-Submission (OSS) processes, including NIB issuance, licensing, and risk-based compliance requirements

  4. Advise clients on KBLI selection, licensing implications, and regulatory compliance strategies

  5. Oversee end-to-end immigration and visa processes, including Single-Entry Visa, Multiple Entry Visa, Working KITAS, and Investor KITAS

  6. Coordinate with immigration authorities and ensure compliance with prevailing immigration regulations

  7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong professional relationships

  8. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service

  9. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, including workload allocation and performance monitoring

  10. Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal SOPs, workflows, and service delivery standards

  11. Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion

  12. Ensure all corporate and immigration processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

  13. Handle client escalations and provide effective problem-solving solutions

  14. Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for internal and client purposes



  15. Specific skills, experience, or education requirement :


  1. Bachelor’s degree (graduate as Law Degree is a plus)

  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in Managerial level of: corporate secretarial, legal consulting, or corporate services

  3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian company law, OSS system, and immigration regulations

  4. Proven experience managing incorporation, restructuring, and visa/KITAS projects

  5. Strong project management and organizational skills

  6. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

  7. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  8. Experience in consulting firms, law firms, or corporate service providers

  9. Exposure to multinational clients and foreign investment structures

  10. Familiarity with cross-border business setups
