Lead and manage corporate legal projects, including company incorporation, restructuring (e.g., shareholding changes, KBLI adjustments, capital changes), and company dissolution/liquidation
Liaise with notaries, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and compliant execution of all processes
Manage Online Single-Submission (OSS) processes, including NIB issuance, licensing, and risk-based compliance requirements
Advise clients on KBLI selection, licensing implications, and regulatory compliance strategies
Oversee end-to-end immigration and visa processes, including Single-Entry Visa, Multiple Entry Visa, Working KITAS, and Investor KITAS
Coordinate with immigration authorities and ensure compliance with prevailing immigration regulations
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong professional relationships
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, including workload allocation and performance monitoring
Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal SOPs, workflows, and service delivery standards
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
Ensure all corporate and immigration processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Handle client escalations and provide effective problem-solving solutions
Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for internal and client purposes
Specific skills, experience, or education requirement :
Bachelor’s degree (graduate as Law Degree is a plus)
1 - 3 years of experience in Managerial level of: corporate secretarial, legal consulting, or corporate services
Strong knowledge of Indonesian company law, OSS system, and immigration regulations
Proven experience managing incorporation, restructuring, and visa/KITAS projects
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience in consulting firms, law firms, or corporate service providers
Exposure to multinational clients and foreign investment structures
Familiarity with cross-border business setups
