Responsibilities

• To support interface requirements for within JI gasification complex & external (including customers & 3rd Party utility suppliers), reporting & data analysis.
• Nomination process for customers (product availability) & demand for utility (power, NG, etc)
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers
• Billing and invoice generation and process in SAP
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Productscompany internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability), including regional & global reporting and support in setting up monitoring dashboards
• Track overall plant status – manage stakeholder communication during downtimes & dynamic operations
• Support Commercial & Finance teams for implementation of contractual requirements, technical queries

Requirements

• Min Nitec Chemical Engineering or related discipline with 1-2 years’ experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations or planning, coordination tasks.
• Basic knowledge of process, instrumentation and control system.
• Effective communicator & collaborative approach
• Prioritisation and time management
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work effectively & productively in demanding & time-sensitive situations
