COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (Eldercare)

Location: Eunos

Working hours: 9am – 6pm

Community and Volunteer Involvement

• Assess and meet the organisation’s needs through the recruitment, placement, training and retention of volunteers

• Collect and conduct data analysis of volunteer engagement targets and submit reports to key stakeholders and funding authorities

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects

• Develop and manage delivery of internal as well as external communication plans to support programme objectives

• Develop, execute and manage volunteer driven programmes

• Engage and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporations, health and educational institutions

• Network and attend meetings relating to volunteer activities with related partners and agencies

• Organise programmes for orientation and induction/training of volunteers

• Plan and organise volunteer appreciation-related activities (e.g. appreciation party, get-together)

• Plan, develop and implement community engagement plans for seniors

• Recruitment of volunteers to provide assistance to members and coordinate community volunteer efforts

• Review and evaluate volunteer programme and activities

Administrative

• Keep and maintain stakeholders’ registry and statistics

• Oversee and develop corporate marketing materials e.g. annual report, website, social media

• Propose and monitor budget for different programmes and funds

• Provide clerical and administrative support

• Provide secretariat support to staff meetings

Requirements

• Diploma in Community Development/Engagement and above

• Experience in eldercare preferred
