• Investigate returned products and warranty claims.
• Perform troubleshooting and functional testing.
• Determine root causes and prepare technical reports.
• Maintain RMA records and investigation documentation.

• Investigate customer-reported issues and complaints.
• Support on-site troubleshooting and performance verification.
• Provide technical findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.

• Analyze recurring failures and reliability trends.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Recommend product and process improvements.

• Support IQC and quality investigations when required.
• Maintain quality-related records and reports.
• Assist with non-conformance and corrective action activities.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support, RMA, failure analysis, or quality engineering.
• Familiar with electronic troubleshooting, EC motors, controllers, and test equipment.
• Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• HVAC, fan, motor, or power electronics experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of reliability and warranty analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of non-conformance and corrective action processes.
