Responsibilities
Product Planning & Business Development (New & Existing Products)
- Support the planning and commercialization of aftersales products, including spare parts, lubricants, maintenance products, and Car Care solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, feasibility studies, and profitability assessments to identify business opportunities.
- Develop business plans, product strategies, forecasts, and proposals to support business growth.
- Identify and evaluate new products, suppliers, and business opportunities within the aftersales portfolio.
- Develop product strategies, business plans, volume forecasts, sales targets, and profit projections for both short-term and long-term planning
- Prepare and present product proposals, market analyses, and strategic recommendations to management
Product Development & Supplier Management
- Manage supplier sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, selection, and negotiation activities.
- Coordinate product development, testing, approvals, packaging, and artwork development with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure product quality, cost competitiveness, supply readiness, and timely project execution.
Product Introduction & Commercialization
- Develop pricing strategies and launch plans for new and existing products.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, production planning, and product launch activities with distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market activities and ensure commercial and operational readiness prior to launch.
Product Performance Management
- Monitor product performance, sales results, profitability, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and present regular product performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and future product development.
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, dealers, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives assigned by Management.
Business Systems & Data Analytics
- Support business systems, reporting, and dashboard enhancement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system or reporting issues.
- Develop and maintain basic reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with strong analytical capabilities and interest in automotive aftermarket products are encouraged to apply.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience/No experience with strong interest and aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Passion for automobiles, automotive aftermarket products, and car care solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Power BI, or other data analytics tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel overseas when required.
