Admin Assistant (Contract to Perm, up to $4500)

· Location: CBD
· Contract to Permanent role (may start with 3 – 6 months contract)
· Salary: up to $4500
Essential Responsibilities:
· Reception duties – incoming calls, courier arrangements, mail distribution, pantry order, stationary order, office equipment maintenance.
· Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
· travel arrangements, visa application, claims etc for Directors and Traders.
· Organise social events like boat trip, Christmas Party, CNY lunch etc.
· Calendar printing and corporate gift sourcing.
· Provide admin support pre and post Conferences, i.e. scheduling, logistic arrangement and at times on site support.
· Coordinate IT visit with outsourced IT support when in need.
· Mobile phone contracting and renewal
· File & Record keeping for Admin dept
· Any other tasks assigned by Superior, e.g. expat house maintenance like air-con servicing, office renovation works if any.
Requirements
· Diploma holder in any related field.
· 2–3 years of Admin or Receptionist experience
· Proficient in MS Office
· Pro-active and meticulous
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
