 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for extracting, transforming, and analysing data to generate actionable insights. This role supports decision-making by providing accurate reporting, dashboards, and analytical models to improve operational performance.
• Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources (WMS, SAP, Excel, etc.)
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure data accuracy using Python / R
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI)
• Perform analysis on operational data (volume, productivity, TAT, inventory)
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support forecasting and planning (volume, manpower, capacity)
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Operations teams
• Ensure proper data governance and documentation

Requirements:             

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in data analysis / reporting
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
