Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process sales orders and quotations accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Follow up on order status and provide updates to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of customer service, sales support, or order processing experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
