Centre Manager (Social Service / Seniors)

Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

•Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's overall strategies

•Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services

•Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework 

•Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre's objectives

•Co-develop service strategies and policies for Community-based services with Senior Manager

•Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services

•Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre

•Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets

•Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Services or related fields

•Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings

•At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services.

•Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage.

•Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes effectively.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with seniors, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders.
