Asst Product Manager (Medical consumables)

Responsibilities:
- Execute strategy and operating agenda of the assigned division/s and drives growth to meet financial objectives within the SEA territory
- Develop product training and clinical support programs as needed to drive SEA activities and meet key objectives including but not limited to product launches, strategic roll-outs and continuing clinical education.
- Understand, execute and drive effective value propositions for all products and solutions in the product portfolios. A
- Identify and develop appropriate marketing and sales tools needed to support SEA activities including literature, patient collateral, advertising, trade show materials, customer education programs and workshops, etc.
- Build relationships with customers and end-users (including KOLs), distributors and other key partners necessary for the development and growth of the business.
- Successfully conduct product trials as well as internal and external training for a product portfolio in a high growth phase.
- Liaise with the Sales Team to communicate key drivers and objectives of portfolio, as well as provide product and pricing information.
- Product lifecycle management to demonstrate SKU reduction and associated cost savings.
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to introduce new products to market, including planning and execution of launches and campaigns.
- Market research & competitive analysis.
- Support wider divisional activities and initiatives when and if required.
Requirements
- Strategic Product Management / Marketing experience with 5 years of regional experience preferred
- Business/Commerce and/or Marketing and/or Nursing Degree – highly desirable.
- Ability to develop leadership and work collaboratively across the team in projects, portfolio and team activities.
- Previous experience in Healthcare Consumables, especially in the Operating Theatre space is highly desirable.P
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within cross functional teams such as inventory planning, sales and regulatory affairs, as well as working/influencing with external stakeholders.
- Capability to build advocacy and maintain diplomacy in stressful situations.
- Proactive self-management and ability to travel and treat role as own business.
