Responsibilities:
Parts Sales & Business Development
- Lead the Parts Wholesale team in developing and expanding parts sales channels across local and regional markets.
- Drive sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the customer base, and strengthen market presence.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through regular engagement, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support competitive pricing, effective sales strategies, and business growth.
- Support the Parts Manager in managing departmental P&L, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and sales performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, records, and management reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Manage warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of parts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure parts availability and timely fulfilment.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through stock-takes, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
- Minimise stock losses, ageing inventory, and obsolescence through effective inventory control.
- Monitor 3PL performance, warehouse productivity, inventory levels, logistics costs, and service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Support Special Vehicle (SV) Operations by assisting with parts sourcing, supply, and timely delivery to meet operational requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Able to read and interpret raw data and summarize into a concise report
- Good knowledge in automotive industry
- Passionate in cars
- 2 years contract with full benefits and completion bonus payout for every 12-months contract.
