Position: Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Use ground support equipment, tools, and vehicles to maintain and service company and customer aircraft.

  • Ensure aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, components, and materials assigned to the Maintenance Department are properly stored, appropriately identified, and calibrated as required.

  • Ensure special tools and equipment requiring calibration are calibrated according to specified requirements prior to use.

  • Ensure periodic inspections of ground support equipment are performed in accordance with the appropriate technical manuals prior to use.

  • Report the daily status of aircraft, ground support equipment, and technical publications to the Maintenance Manager.

  • Perform aircraft maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with approved maintenance and quality control procedures.

  • Order tools, materials, and parts as required to complete maintenance tasks.

  • Assist with inventory management of materials and aircraft parts in stock when required.

  • Recall surplus materials and return them to the appropriate storage area, ensuring they remain serviceable and their certification can be confirmed.

  • Monitor and report the condition and status of facilities and equipment to the relevant department so that necessary action can be taken.

  • Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) maintenance on company and customer aircraft.

  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hold a valid Thai CAAT Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence, or a valid Gulfstream G550 Maintenance Engineer Licence / Type Rating.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in aircraft engineering or aircraft maintenance.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Willing and able to work on a roster/shift basis.

  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
