Position: Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Use ground support equipment, tools, and vehicles to maintain and service company and customer aircraft.
Ensure aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, components, and materials assigned to the Maintenance Department are properly stored, appropriately identified, and calibrated as required.
Ensure special tools and equipment requiring calibration are calibrated according to specified requirements prior to use.
Ensure periodic inspections of ground support equipment are performed in accordance with the appropriate technical manuals prior to use.
Report the daily status of aircraft, ground support equipment, and technical publications to the Maintenance Manager.
Perform aircraft maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with approved maintenance and quality control procedures.
Order tools, materials, and parts as required to complete maintenance tasks.
Assist with inventory management of materials and aircraft parts in stock when required.
Recall surplus materials and return them to the appropriate storage area, ensuring they remain serviceable and their certification can be confirmed.
Monitor and report the condition and status of facilities and equipment to the relevant department so that necessary action can be taken.
Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) maintenance on company and customer aircraft.
Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Hold a valid Thai CAAT Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence, or a valid Gulfstream G550 Maintenance Engineer Licence / Type Rating.
Minimum 4 years of experience in aircraft engineering or aircraft maintenance.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willing and able to work on a roster/shift basis.
Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
