Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with industrial end-users of valve equipment; gather strategic market insights to actively drive sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing accounts to ensure high satisfaction while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
EPC Project Entry: Actively participate in the EPC business ecosystem, spearheading project entries and drafting compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Consultation & Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor to manage technical and commercial inquiries. Efficiently resolve customer complaints and coordinate across internal departments to handle post-sales claims smoothly.
Sales Lifecycle Support: Deeply understand client requirements, follow up closely on ongoing projects, and collaborate with the broader sales team on strategic initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Execute additional tasks and strategic projects as assigned by management to support business operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Valves, Fittings, Pumps, Fluid Control, or Instrumentation industries.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of valve equipment, fluid control technologies, and the EPC business framework.
Core Competencies: Goal- and result-oriented professional with a logical, strategic approach to resource management and business development.
Language Skills: Strong command of both Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). A TOEIC score of 600+ is required.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Soft Skills: Positive mindset toward organizational change, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and an excellent collaborative attitude.
Mobility: A valid driving license is required for client site visits.

About the Role
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background in fluid control or industrial equipment? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Representative to expand our market footprint in the thriving Rayong and Chonburi industrial zones. In this role, you will manage key relationships with industrial end-users and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) players, delivering high-quality valve solutions and driving project success from entry to after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with industrial end-users; gather local market intelligence to aggressively expand our sales footprint in the Rayong and Chonburi areas.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular site visits with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Project & EPC Bidding: Actively participate in the EPC business ecosystem, managing project entries, technical/commercial proposal generation, and strategic bidding.
Consultative Selling: Thoroughly analyze customer requirements, provide technical and commercial consultations, and meticulously follow up on ongoing projects.
End-to-End Account Management: Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints. In the event of a claim, serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure swift, effective resolutions.
Team Collaboration: Support the broader sales team on strategic activities and handle other business-critical tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience. Background in Valves & Fittings, Pumps, Fluid Control, or Instrumentation is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of industrial valve equipment and the EPC project lifecycle.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mindset & Strategy: Goal- and result-oriented with a structured, logical approach to business development and resource management.
Language Skills: Fluent in Thai with good professional English communication skills (TOEIC score of 600+ preferred).
Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Soft Skills: Positive attitude, highly adaptable to organizational growth/change, and a proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal vehicle for regular client visits.
