Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will act as a key contributor to driving revenue growth by delivering tailored recruitment (I&M space) in Vietnam team. This role involves independently managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and leveraging expertise to provide comprehensive HR services. These services include Recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing, HR Shared Services (HRSS), Consulting Services, Recruitment/Business Process Outsourcing (RPO/BPO), and Career Transition and Outplacement.

As a trusted advisor to clients, the Recruitment Manager will focus on fostering strong, long-term relationships and offering innovative HR solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized strategies to meet clients recruitment and HR needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and HR solutions expert.
  • Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on HR services, including Recruitment, EOR, Payroll Outsourcing, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and market developments.

Senior Associate (Litigator/ Dispute Resolution)

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION

POSITION SUMMARY

The firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Department. This role is suited for a lawyer who can independently manage complex disputes, provide strategic legal advice to clients, and play a key role in supervising junior lawyers while working closely with Partners/Directors on high-value and cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and handle dispute resolution matters from inception through resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and enforcement proceedings.
  • Take primary responsibility for complex cases, including strategy development, case planning, and execution.
  • Identify legal risks and propose practical, commercially sound dispute resolution strategies to clients.
  • Provide clear, strategic, and solution-oriented legal advice to local and international clients on dispute resolution issues.
  • Analyze complex factual and legal issues, assess litigation risks, and advise on dispute avoidance and settlement strategies.
  • Draft, review, and finalize high-quality legal documents, including statements of claim/defense, motions, submissions, legal opinions, and settlement agreements.
  • Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws, procedural rules, and professional standards.
  • Represent clients in hearings, meetings, negotiations, and proceedings before courts, tribunals, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Proactively update clients on case progress, developments, and strategic considerations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
  • Support Partners/Directors in business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
  • Participate in internal training, external seminars, and professional development activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior associates and trainees.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, training, and best practices.
  • Assist with other assignments as required by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

This opportunity would suit a diligent and career-focused lawyer who wants to deal with a high-quality caseload for global clients. In addition to having enough practical experience to sufficiently carry out the foregoing key responsibilities, you must have:

  • A Vietnam lawyer license.
  • At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution. Lawyers with experience in more than one jurisdiction will be accorded preference.
  • Fluency in English and excellent English writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong commitment to client service.
  • Proven record of success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the legal field.
  • Ability to handle cases independently from beginning until completion.
  • Strong case, client, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely as you will have opportunities to be seconded to offices of the firms clients when needed.
