Recruitment Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Vietnam.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating recruitment activities, managing onboarding processes, supporting work pass and immigration matters, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle administration. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia to deliver high-quality recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Sales Administration

  • Prepare and issue fee proposals, Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Employment Contracts as assigned.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all client onboarding documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of client agreements and supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards.

Work Pass & Immigration Administration

  • Collect, verify, and manage supporting documents required for work pass and immigration applications.
  • Prepare and submit Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit, visa, and other immigration-related applications through relevant government portals as assigned.
  • Monitor application progress and liaise with relevant authorities regarding application status and queries.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track pass expiry dates and coordinate renewals, cancellations, and related compliance matters.

Recruitment & EOR Operations Coordination

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Format resumes and candidate profiles according to client requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for EOR employees, including employment contract issuance, background screening, and document collection.
  • Gather employee information and supporting documents required for payroll processing and employment setup.
  • Liaise with payroll and HR operations teams to ensure accurate onboarding, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and employee benefits processing.
  • Coordinate monthly timesheet collection and follow up with employees and clients on payroll-related matters.
  • Support operational projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, Staffing, Payroll Administration, Immigration Services, EOR, or Shared Services environments.
  • Experience in recruitment agencies, HR outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, or EOR services will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ATS, or CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION

POSITION SUMMARY

The firm is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution Department. This role is suited for a lawyer who can independently manage complex disputes, provide strategic legal advice to clients, and play a key role in supervising junior lawyers while working closely with Partners/Directors on high-value and cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and handle dispute resolution matters from inception through resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and enforcement proceedings.
  • Take primary responsibility for complex cases, including strategy development, case planning, and execution.
  • Identify legal risks and propose practical, commercially sound dispute resolution strategies to clients.
  • Provide clear, strategic, and solution-oriented legal advice to local and international clients on dispute resolution issues.
  • Analyze complex factual and legal issues, assess litigation risks, and advise on dispute avoidance and settlement strategies.

  • A Vietnam lawyer license.
