Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager, a Japanese expatriate, to join our dynamic team in Vietnam on a contractor basis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in Vietnam.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Japanese companies operating in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a local sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Proficient in business-level English.
- Valid working visa for Vietnam or eligibility to obtain one.
