Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

1. Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
  • Experience in building a cross-border e-commerce business or team from scratch (0 to 1) is highly preferred.

2. Business Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end cross-border e-commerce business model and operational processes.
  • Strong data analysis and business management capabilities, with the ability to identify problems through data and develop effective solutions.

Production Planning Specialist | HCMC

The Production Planning Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Asia sourcing teams (in Shanghai and Vietnam) on identifying and professionally managing any potential risks that will impact the on-time delivery at the vendors located in Vietnam and other Southeast Countries. The Production Planning Specialist should take the lead on good production planning to secure key programs successfully launch in the store and online only; review vendor production capacity for corresponding solution; coach vendor factories to well utilize company’s meaningful tools to optimize inventory performance for company’s and vendor factory sides.

This position also needs to explore PO lead time reduction opportunities through vendor PO handling process analysis; The Production Planning Specialist needs to be pro-actively seeking and identifying vendor / items opportunities including the manufacturing process improvement and supply chain optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Planning

  • Systematically manage projects through effective process. Keep consistence and make prioritization in daily work.
  • Proactively conduct regular communications. Work with sourcing teams and educate vendors to build up production planning knowledge. Leverage and make effective use of resources.
  • Take initiatives to early involve in high-risky programs identified. Professionally manage the capacity risk followed by flawless execution.
  • Help vendors leverage Lowe’s tools to optimize production planning and secure on-time delivery

Capacity Improvement

  • Capable of seeking and identifying opportunities. Take initiatives to guide sourcing team to drive projects. Take lead of launch accordingly.
  • Work with sourcing teams to conduct Lowe’s demand and selected vendor factory capacity gap analysis to identify the areas which have improvement opportunity
  • Validate vendor improvement plan implementation progress and communicate with sourcing teams
  • Help vendors leverage Lowe’s tools to optimize capacity/inventory planning and secure on-time delivery
  • Production/warehouse capacity improvement

Production Efficiency Improvement

  • Align with sourcing teams to coach selected vendor factories production efficiency improvement for related manufacturing cost reduction
  • Evaluate vendor partner’s PO lead time processes and explore the improvement opportunity to reduce the shipment lead-time and execute it with secured on-time performance.
  • Verify item dimension on-site and identify container loading/unloading efficiency improvement opportunities.

 

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industry engineering or another related major
  • 3+ years related experience in industry engineering or factory operations
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing process, raw material experience and product cost analysis
  • Board understanding on product development, sourcing, quality management, logistic related process
  • Effective/good communication skills to collaborate with both SHO and VNO team
  • Independent work & self-management capability
  • Strong problem solving, related project management skills
  • Good statistics, quantitative and analytical skill, Excel or Access competency to do basic analysis work

I. COMPANY OVERVIEW

II. JOB PURPOSE

Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the Factory. Hold full responsibility before the General Director and applicable laws for the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of financial records, financial statements, tax finalizations, manufacturing cost control, and cash flow management.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cost Accounting & Production Controlling

  • Develop, manage, and control standard and actual product costing processes (for Ingot, Billet, Diecasting, and CNC products).

  • Monitor material consumption rates, scrap loss, furnace energy/fuel usage, and direct labor costs.

  • Control inventory management (raw scrap materials, finished goods, spare parts/supplies); direct periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, management reports, and production efficiency analysis for the Board of Directors.

  • Manage corporate cash flow, draft weekly/monthly/quarterly cash flow projections, and coordinate with banking partners regarding credit lines and financing.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Import-Export, and Sales departments to manage receivables and payables.

3. Tax Compliance & Auditing

  • Ensure full compliance and accuracy of tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT...), tax refunds (if applicable), and finalization with local tax authorities.

  • Act as the main liaison with Tax Authorities, independent auditing firms, and government inspection delegations.

  • Keep updated on new tax laws and accounting regulations to mitigate financial risks and optimize costs.

4. Team Management & System Improvement

  • Assign, mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting personnel.

  • Standardize and streamline accounting procedures, document workflows, and optimize accounting software/ERP systems.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Corporate Finance. Chief Accountant Certificate is required.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Senior General Accountant role within large-scale manufacturing plants. Experience in metal casting, extrusion, mechanical machining, or automotive/motorcycle component manufacturing is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), Tax regulations, and manufacturing financial management. Deep expertise in manufacturing cost accounting. Proficient in accounting software (Fast, MISA, Bravo...) or ERP systems.

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical capability, problem-solving, and resilience under high pressure.

SUMMARY: The Director of Manufacturing Operations will join the company at a time of exponential growth and opportunity. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the direction and coordination of manufacturing operations to ensure accurate production timelines and quality requirements.
• Supervise the production planning schedules and manage productions according to standard process and procedures (including purchasing, production control, fabrication and assembly, short run machining, maintenance, tooling, shipping, and receiving, and manufacturing engineering).
• Implement and monitor closely production plans to all relevant departments.
• Manage and examine the status of all machines, equipment, materials, finished/semi-finished products, warehouse, and goods under the management scope of the manufacturing lines.
• Establish the people models for manufacturing operations balancing productivity, sales, outside processing sources, and machining and personnel capacity to determine optimal personnel requirements.

• Support C-level groups and the president in formulating and administering organization policies, manufacturing processes, long-term strategies, productivity goals, asset utilization, and efficiency measures needed to meet or exceed business unit shipment goals.
• Develop, analyze, implement, and maintain budgets for all costs for manufacturing operations. Continuously improve the process to save energy resources and input materials while maintaining high-quality products. Assists in driving the necessary pipelines to reduce major costs for energy,
material/procurement, and productivity improvement. Coordinates and affects the necessary capital expenditures to support efficiency, capacity, and growth activities for improvement.
• Coordinate across multiple key management functions including sales, manufacturing engineering, quality, HR, design engineering, etc. to optimize throughput, continuously improve productivity and efficiency, process and procedures, labor encouragement, ensuring highest quality standards are met by organization and maintain or improve profitability levels.
• Periodically conduct performance reviews of workers/employees to measure KPIs.
• Report periodically or at the request of the Board of Directors and superior leaders. Support the development, implementation, and proposal of measures to improve labor productivity and efficiency of the factory.
• Drive a disciplined focus on daily Gain and Loss metrics throughout the plant.
• Participate in various relevant projects or tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• At least 5-10 years of progressively broadening Manufacturing experience. A background in aluminum manufacturing preferred.
• Lean experience (Kanban, Value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S/6S, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Hands on leadership to perform both tactical and strategic activities. Track record of driving improvement with quantified results.
• Ability to develop, mentor, and coach team members to drive optimal performance.
• Possess good written/oral communications skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner. Positive can-do orientation. Able to deal effectively with a broad range of personalities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QA Specialist | Responsible Sourcing

The principal purpose of the QA Specialist is to be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Responsible Sourcing and Quality Assurance (QA) programs across Vietnam, Cambodia, and other Southeast Asia countries as assigned, including but not limited to Responsible Sourcing (RS), Enterprise Quality Assessment (EQA), Inspection, and other quality-related initiatives.

The position serves as a regional QA resource by evaluating program execution, assessing third-party service provider performance, supporting supplier and factory continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating regional QA initiatives to ensure the consistent implementation of Responsible Sourcing and Quality Assurance programs and expectations.

The QA Specialist works closely with the Shanghai QA team, suppliers, factories, third-party service providers, and cross-functional teams, while providing regional support to the Shanghai QA team and management to support strategic initiatives, sourcing expansion, and continuous improvement across Southeast Asia.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

Support Responsible Sourcing and QA Programs Success and Continuous Improvement

Support Regional QA Initiatives

  • Support the deployment of regional QA programs, projects, strategic initiatives, and other QA-related activities.
  • Participate in supplier onboarding, sourcing expansion, factory readiness reviews, and other business support activities as assigned.
  • Support program enhancement initiatives, pilot projects, process improvements, and best-practice implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Support

  • Provide regional support to cross-functional teams through factory visits, program assessments, supplier engagement and special projects to support business objectives and operational success.
  • Participate in workshops, training sessions, supplier engagement activities, and knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, factories, third-party service providers, the Shanghai QA team and cross functional team.
