We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our entire supply chain operations in Thailand. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Optimize inventory levels across the network to minimize costs while ensuring product availability.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and other external partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Implement and manage supply chain analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve supply chain resilience, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure integrated business planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, Supply Chain Management) is highly preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) is a significant advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Supply Chain Director, Head of Supply Chain).
  • Extensive experience working within the Thai market and understanding of local supply chain dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing supply chain technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements in supply chain operations.
  • Experience in a multinational company environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Engineer to take full ownership of our Vietnam market operations while being based right here in Thailand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Vietnamese market while being based in Thailand

The Value You Bring:

  • Education: A degree or comparable technical background in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.
  • Experience: Initial experience in consultative, value-based selling of technical solutions/machinery.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
  • Travel Readiness: Eager and flexible to travel regularly within Vietnam and Southeast Asia, using Thailand as your home base.
  • Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, cultural adaptability, resilient personality, and a structured, customer-centric approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, or basic contract law in project-based sales is a plus.
  • A strong ability to work with and guide local partners/agents to ensure transparency and success
  • Proven relationship-building capabilities and cultural adaptability
  • A confident, agile, and resilient personality with a collaborative mindset

The Role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager based in HQ Singapore, you will take full ownership of the Thailand entity’s finance function, playing a hands-on role across the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finance operations. You will be the key finance representative on the ground in Thailand, working in a driven and innovative team contributing to the production of new, clean energy sources that are ultimately helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.


Role Summary

·       Oversee and hands-on manage the full spectrum of Thailand entity accounting and reporting processes, including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates, statutory compliance, and elimination of intercompany balances for group consolidation purposes.

·       Personally prepare and take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

·       Work closely and collaboratively with the Group Finance team in Singapore and other corporate finance team members to achieve accurate and timely results.

·       Perform and review foreign currency reasonableness calculations/proofs.

·       Establish, develop, and maintain process and controls documentation for the Thailand entity.

·       Lead the preparation of necessary audit schedules to support the financials and footnote disclosures.

·       Lead analytical reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, providing insights and commentary to the Group Finance Manager.

·       Work with the Group Finance team in Singapore to align accounting policies and procedures for the Thailand entity.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors in Thailand for periodic financial reviews, controls testing and other inquiries.

·       Meet all statutory reporting deadlines on time.

·       Participate in special projects as deemed necessary.

 

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Economics.

·       Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional) preferred; CPA qualification required.

·       8 to 12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in the Commodity industry, with at least 3 years in a finance management or senior finance role.

·       Strong working knowledge of multi-currency transactions and related impacts on financial statements.

·       Excellent verbal / written communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai is required to communicate effectively with local stakeholders and government authorities.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR & Admin Manager to oversee and lead the end-to-end Human Resources and General Administration functions at the manufacturing plant located in the Upper Central region of Thailand.
This role requires a strong HR leader with solid experience in factory operations, labor relations, workforce planning, and plant administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Management
  • Lead workforce planning and recruitment for both direct and indirect employees.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, attendance management, shift allowances, and overtime administration.
  • Develop and implement employee training, development, and succession planning programs.
  • Manage performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
