• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Hyper-Converge Infrastructure (HCI) technologies, including but not limited to Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN, Sangfor, VMware, HyperV, Redhat Virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM, MSSQL, Veeam, Commvault, and Cohesity.
• Familiarity with Cloud, Linux, Redhat Openshift, Networking, and SharePoint is advantageous.
• Possess a positive attitude with excellent communication skills in English or additional languages.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

·       Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters according to clients’ requirements.

·       Coordinate with various shipping and forwarding contractors and internal warehouse operations to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.

·       Fulfil orders and generate reports using the Company’s in-house warehouse management system.

·       Collaborate with finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain management.

·       Relevant working experience preferred but training provided

·       Experience in import/export procedure and documentation.

·       Demonstrated warehousing and logistics operations expertise.
