Purpose of the Job :

 

•           Support Fixed Asset Management tasks

•           Support Accounts Payable (AP) tasks

•           Support General Ledger (GL) tasks

 

Key Job Accountabilities

 

Fixed Assets Management

 

•           Coordinate regular and ad-hoc fixed asset physical count.

•           Manage secondary assets (e.g. IT devices) including capitalization, transfers and asset counts.

•           Support ad-hoc asset management tasks.

 

Accounts Payable

 

•           Receive, verify and process suppliers’ invoices daily.

•           Process invoices within 5 days of receipt and ensure all invoice are fully processes by month-end.

•           Reconcile suppliers’ statement monthly and follow up on outstanding items.

•           Support ad-hoc AP tasks.

General Ledger

•           Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and profit & loss accounts reconciliation across different reporting systems.

•           Prepare expenses schedules for audit and tax purposes.

•           Maintain proper documentation for review and audit.

•           Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

 

Scope of the Job::

 

•           Covers GL, AP, asset management and other related task.

•           Indirect impact overall plant budget and revenue.

•           Company-wide in scope, supporting and impacting multiple functions and levels across the company

 

Requirement :

•           Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

•           1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.

•           Proficient in SAP and Hyperion systems.

•           Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

•           Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

•           Good communication skills 

•           Team player role.

Job description

  • Manage end-to-end operational procurement activities for indirect categories spend, from requirement identification and sourcing through negotiation, purchase order, delivery, and supplier performance management.
  • Lead supplier sourcing and identification, supplier qualification, manage RFQ process and benchmarking, and development of competitive supplier pools.
  • Manage RFQ processes, including preparation of sourcing documents, evaluation of commercial proposals, bid comparison, clarification with suppliers, and recommendation of suppliers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into clear procurement specifications, and execute sourcing activities within agreed timelines.
  • Manage the purchase-to-pay procurement process (P2P Process), ensuring purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier confirmations, and deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and manage the indirect procurement supplier base, including supplier onboarding, performance reviews, consolidation, and rationalisation where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, sourcing documentation, quotations, supplier information, and procurement reports.

 

Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on procurement and sourcing experience, preferably in indirect procurement.
  • Strong experience managing RFQ process, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational procurement activities from requisition through PO, delivery, and supplier performance.
  • Strong supplier management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a commercial and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP SAP R3 systems.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple sourcing projects, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable dealing directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders, take ownership of assigned spend categories, and operate effectively.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       5–8 years of experience in Organizational & Development, Talent Management, or HR Development

·       Proven experience in training & development programs and succession planning initiatives

·       Experience in HRIS, HR Automation, or Digital HR Tools is a strong advantage

·       Knowledge of HR Technologies (e.g., LMS, HRIS platforms, dashboards, AI-enabled tools)

·       Strong analytical problem-solving, and project management skills

·       Good command of English, both spoken and written, in an international business environment

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus) ; basic knowledge of data tools or automation (e’g. Power Automate) is an advantage

Job Summary

The APQP Administrator is responsible for updating and maintaining data in the APQP system.

This role supports the QA and NPI teams by ensuring project information and supporting documents are accurately entered into the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain project information in the APQP system.
  • Enter data accurately based on information provided by Project Leaders.
  • Upload and organize supporting documents in the APQP system.
  • Ensure records are complete and up to date.
  • Follow up with relevant teams if information or documents are missing.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • No APQP experience is required. Training will be provided.
