As part of its continued growth, the organization is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations and drive operational excellence across a complex manufacturing environment.

This position will be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial stakeholders to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain functions including Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Import & Export, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, production planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance, mitigate risks, and strengthen supplier relationships.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal governance processes.
  • Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support regional and global supply chain initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Factory Management environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational performance, customer requirements, and financial objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in Thai and English. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.
