Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and control plant equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Apply chemical plant operation knowledge to follow documented procedures (e.g. Standard operating procedure-SOP, EHS regulations, risk assessment).
- Carry out minor troubleshooting and have good knowledge to safely prepare equipment for maintenance
- Capable to recognize unsafe plant condition and promptly report any near miss / deviations / incidents to his supervisor.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a chemical processing environment.
- Experience in polymerization and/or extrusion is advantageous.
- Possess basic Knowledge of chemical processing with working knowledge of ISO14001, ISO9001/IATF16949, ISO 45001, SS651.
