Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work

Overall responsible for the efficient management and smooth running of the accounts payable function including fixed assets accounting and the payment of all company invoices in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable function

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.

• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure compliance to accounting policies and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure purchases documents received are completed, properly approved and accounted in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of WHT.

• Ensure complete compilation of agent commission and royalties records.

• Ensure month end and year end closing activities are completed within deadlines.

• Close liaison with GL team and follow up on bank reconciliation items.

• Approve creation of new vendors n Navision.

• Supervise and guide PO users and PO approvers on the Navision system.

Cash Flow Management

• Prepare monthly cash flow projections.

• Assist to manage cash flow efficiently.

• Close monitoring of funds to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment.

• Liaise with operations on expected cash collections and manage payment outstanding.

Management Reporting

• Ensure timely month and year end closing of AP subledger.

• Ensure expenses accounted are complete and accurate.

• Prepare relevant AP reports for month end closing and year end closing.

• Prepare relevant expenses variance analysis for management reports.

• Prepare and review monthly audit schedules.

• Prepare relevant data for board deck.

Forecasting/Budgeting

• Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets of direct cost and expenses, where applicable

Outsource vendor management

• Oversees the outsource vendor performance.

• Guide and ensure outsource vendor meet the daily/required deliverables.

• Provide feedback to the outsource vendor.

• Ensure Desk Top Process are updated regularly or when required.

Ensure compliance to Edutrust and Audit requirements in relation to:

• Payment Control processing.

• Regular review and updating of documents for Edutrust (CPE) requirements.

• Assist in audit process and liaise with external auditor for submission of audit request report.

Resolve operational issues and acts as a business partner to various business units

• Correspondence and follow up on queries from both internal and external parties.

Fixed assets related matters

• Ensure fixed assets are accounted accurately and tagged appropriately when required.

Others

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.

• Possess integrity and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.

• Meticulous, Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure.

• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with internal departments/trainers/vendors.           

• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.

• Competency in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

Job Summary:

Lithography Process Engineer, you will lead the development and optimization of lithography processes for both Fan-In and Fan-Out eWLB (Embedded Wafer Level Ball Grid Array) packaging technologies. You will be responsible for driving key engineering projects such as yield improvement, cost reduction, and process transfers across global manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize lithography processes for PI, PR, and other patterning layers in both FO and FI eWLB.
• Manage photolithography tools (GHI/i-line stepper, coat/develop tracks, etc.), including recipe setup and troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction, process robustness, and NPI transfer.
• Lead process improvements to enhance yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new lithography materials (PSPI, PR) and tools.
• Define and maintain process documentation (SOP, OCAP, FMEA, SPC) and training programs.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors, materials suppliers, and internal engineering teams to evaluate and qualify new tools or materials.
• Design and perform DOE, root cause analysis, and statistical data analysis (e.g., JMP, Camline, etc.).
• Support daily fab operations with issue resolution and yield improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, EE, or related field) or no piror experience are welcome
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in photolithography process, preferably in advanced packaging (eWLB, WLP, FO-PLP).
• Strong knowledge of lithography tooling, including exposure systems and coater/developer tracks.
• Skilled in project management, process transfer, and cost/yield improvement.
• Familiar with SPC, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

• On-site installation, setup, repair and troubleshooting of equipment(s)

• Possess a Higher NITEC / NITEC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent
• Working experience in related field will be an advantage
• Candidate with shorter notice period is preferred
• Willing to travel locally and overseas as and when required
