- Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account

Costing & Warranty Assistant (Automotive)

Responsibilities:
As a Costing & Warranty Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Warranty Department by ensuring accurate invoicing for internal and warranty repairs, in compliance with company KPIs, corporate governance, and company guidelines.
Check and ensure that all repair orders (all charge types) are timely closed (within 7 days of end control).
Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.
Follow up Repair Order (RO) and ensure that both CSAs and Workshop foremen submit all RO on time. Perform sorting and matching of ROs.
Communicate with Senior Execs directly to understand their Service team needs in order to collate monthly feedback for their sharing/alignment.
Follow up warranty enquiries by CSAs and workshop personnel via email or in-person query.
Extended Warranty management – Purchase, invoice, follow-up on all matters regarding BSI, BRI, BMI* and Extended Warranty for cars and bikes* with all stakeholders – Vehicle Admin & Service Team.
Attends to CSAs Ad-hoc urgent Extended Warranty purchases on weekday & Saturday* purchasing (*stand-by – rotation basis)
Main liaison to Vehicle Admin for ‘create stock’ for vehicles not in database.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on document proofing signatories via KUBE, Finance, DXC alignment and records.
Report weekly/monthly compilations summary of rejected claims to Senior Exec.
Assisting Senior Exec in annual/ad-hoc Warranty Audits and Parts Scrapping exercise by Principal
Daily follow up and update management on all outstanding WIP ROs status or any approval required.
Ad-hoc requests by CSAs to attach/detach Defect Codes for technical Campaign
Perform other duties as and when required by immediate supervisor
