Key Responsibilities -
Executive Support
Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones and regional markets
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritisation, and preparation
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and strategic discussions
Draft and manage executive-level communications and confidential correspondence on behalf of senior leaders

Oversee end-to-end international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transfers, and detailed itineraries
Manage expense reporting and executive administration accurately and in a timely manner
Support logistics for executive visits, regional events, and key business engagements
Project & Operational Support
Support senior leaders in coordinating and executing strategic initiatives and regional projects
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions across key priorities
Maintain accurate records, reports, and executive documentation to a high standard
Provide ad hoc support on presentations, research, and business reporting as required
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
Handle highly sensitive and commercially confidential information with absolute discretion
Operate with professionalism, maturity, and sound judgement at all times
What We're Looking For -
Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience in supporting C-suite or regional leadership in a multinational environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished executive presence
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive, Marketing, you will be responsible for driving social media, content creation, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple automotive and aftersales brands.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects from project initiation through to successful completion.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to meet project goals and requirements.
- Direct and manage project teams to ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Review and approve engineering designs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and statutory requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation measures to minimise delays, cost overruns, and operational challenges.
- Monitor project progress, oversee contractual and commercial matters, and provide regular performance and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, fabrication partners, and labour providers to support effective project execution.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role within the façade, curtain wall, steel structure, or construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale, technically complex curtain wall projects, including involvement in at least two landmark or iconic developments.
- Strong technical expertise in façade engineering, with the ability to review engineering designs, structural calculations, and technical documentation.
- Thorough understanding of Singapore construction practices, regulatory requirements, project management methodologies, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners in China.
Preferred Qualifications
- BizSAFE certification and/or a Specialist Diploma in Construction Management or other relevant qualifications recognised by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
- Established network of local subcontractors, suppliers, labour providers, fabrication facilities, and industry partners within Singapore and the region.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.
Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.

Studies equipment performance and reliability.
Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
Complete 3C (Concern, cause and corrective action) for every corrective/demand maintenance of plant equipment.
Perform either 12-hours rotating shift.
Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed.
Support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ/ OQ/ PQ on any new project.
Execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.
Lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects or JDI.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in production conveyor and hydraulic system is a MUST. Motor and pump is a plus
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Nutritional preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge on lean six sigma, kaizen and Kanban.
