We are seeking an experienced Regional Product Manager (APAC) to manage and grow our portfolio of industrial sensor solutions, covering Detection, Measurement, and Functional Safety applications. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving value creation, managing the product lifecycle, and shaping long-term growth initiatives to address evolving market needs.

Job Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
• Manage and optimize the product portfolio by continuously evaluating product performance, market fit, competitive positioning, and technology developments.
• Identify portfolio opportunities and recommend actions to strengthen product differentiation and long-term profitability.

Value Creation & Product Strategy

• Develop value creation roadmaps by identifying strategic growth opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and product innovation plans.
• Define product vision and roadmap, building compelling business cases for new product investments and enhancements.
• Balance customer requirements, technical feasibility, commercial impact, and engineering priorities to deliver differentiated solutions that create measurable value.

Global Product & Market Management

• Oversee product performance across global markets, with a strong focus on the APAC region, by monitoring market adoption, competitive activities, and regional trends.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen market position, increase customer adoption, and drive business growth.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product launches, commercialization, continuous improvements, cost optimization, customization, feature enhancements, and product phase-out decisions based on market and business insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with the global Product Management team and key functions at Headquarters (Germany), including R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Industry Management, and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies, influencing decisions, securing alignment, and driving successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within industrial automation or related industries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience working in customer-facing roles and collaborating across cross-functional and international teams.
• Good understanding of industrial automation systems, including sensors, controllers, and software platforms, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety within industrial automation is an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of integrated system solutions at customer sites. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability by diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective, long-term solutions.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and committed to providing exceptional customer support. You are adaptable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to minimize downtime and ensure customers' operations continue running smoothly.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm 

Note that it is based on scheduled maintenance work, thus the chance of requiring to work after office hours is limited.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, and test integrated hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting system issues and performing root cause analysis to implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to understand operational requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Perform system validation, testing, and optimization to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
• Conduct user training and prepare clear, accurate technical documentation, maintenance reports, and service records.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including maintenance history, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and value-added services that enhance customer operations.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and demonstrate flexibility to provide support outside normal working hours when required to restore critical equipment and minimize operational downtime.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or service engineering, preferably within system integration, industrial automation, or related industries.
• Good understanding of automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, industrial sensors, embedded systems, or related control technologies.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical troubleshooting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to service.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and provide after-hours support when necessary to ensure equipment availability.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and an effective team player in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting integrated systems within manufacturing, logistics, warehouse automation, or IT infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of robotics, motion control, machine vision, or industrial networking technologies.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, taking ownership of issues, and going above and beyond to restore critical systems with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil engineering works at project sites.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare site reports and project documentation.
• Support infrastructure works including trenching, excavation, cable laying, and road reinstatement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or utility projects will be an advantage.
• Able to work in a site-based and outdoor environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts when required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary

·       We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support and enhance the organization's technology landscape across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role serves as a key point of contact for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and business systems.

·       The successful candidate will be involved in infrastructure operations, cloud initiatives, end-user support, technology deployment projects, and digital transformation activities. This position offers exposure to a diverse technology environment encompassing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, service requests, and incident resolution.

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.

·       Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

·       Participate in infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects.

·       Support network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise support environments.

·       Proven experience managing hybrid IT environments consisting of both on-premises and cloud technologies.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and cloud services.

·       Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 and cloud-related projects.

·       Experience supporting distributed or remote operational environments will be advantageous.

·       Exposure to infrastructure refresh, migration, or modernization projects is preferred.

·       Experience within logistics, transportation, energy, industrial, engineering, or trading environments would be advantageous.
