Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QS team in all post-contract commercial and cost management activities.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and identify commercial risks throughout project execution.
  • Manage variation orders (VOs), claims, final accounts, and contract administration to maximize project profitability.
  • Review and certify subcontractors' claims, quotations, and payment applications in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with project, procurement, finance, and site teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience, including experience in a QS Manager role within general or civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management.
  • Experienced in cost control, contract administration, claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, industrial sensors, embedded systems, or related control technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical troubleshooting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective solutions.
