- Active Ageing, Befriending & Buddying
- Organise outreach events (in-house or with partners) to residents in Active Ageing Centre (AAC) service boundary with an aim to assess seniors using the Community Screener Tool to identify at-risk individuals.
- Organise programmes (eg activities, functional screening) to improve improve health outcomes - physical health, mental wellness and social capital.
- Use the Asset-based Community Development approach to recruit and activate the community seniors.
- Support seniors to plan, coordinate and activate their neighbours in championing and participating in AAC programmes.
- Manage befriending and buddying programme to isolated seniors with proper monitoring and record keeping.
Care Referral and Relationship Building
- Network with seniors and community partners.
- Manage donations, volunteers and community partners as needed.
- Maintain AAC volunteer database and conduct volunteer orientation and training.
- Build up network with community agencies (e.g. Silver Generation Office, Social Service Office) to provide seamless referral of services for seniors.
- Refer seniors (where applicable) to HNF home care services, social welfare department for continuum of care.
Administration & Facilities
- Lead administration and operations in AAC to ensure smooth operations and environmental safety.
- Assist to train and manage a team of staff in AAC to maintain a safe and motivating workplace.
- Assists Centre Manager with recruitment, hiring and training.
- Assist in development of standard operating procedures, contingency and emergency planning.
- Assist the Centre Manager in managing adverse incidents, enquiries and feedback.
- Monitor centre statistics (attendance, submission of reports on attendance to programmes, befriending statistics, to management and authorities (e.g. AIC/MOH).
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, claims, documentations or statistics to stakeholders.
- Manage audits and investigations, record and write minutes for centre's meeting when required.
- Review AAC policies and processes when required.
- Ensure cost effectiveness of centre operations, coordinate facility repairs, maintenance of equipment and related documentation in a timely manner. Purchasing of centre supplies, handling suppliers, vendors and contractors.
- Provide cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centres when need arises.
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Nursing or Healthcare related with at least 3 years of experience in senior, social or health care setting.
- Engaging with good interpersonal communication, facilitation and relationship building skills.
- Patient, approachable and enjoy working with seniors, family members and peers of different age groups.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, able to handle stress with a pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
- Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours and overtime when required
- Mon to Thurs: 8am to 5.30, Fri: 7.30am to 5pm

Summary
To develop and optimize AOI and reflow process technologies to ensure stable mass production and high product quality in advanced packaging lines, and to support customer and internal quality requirements.
Job
• Develop AOI inspection conditions and perform defect analysis for bump, RDL, and TSV processes
• Operate and optimize 2D/3D AOI systems and inspection parameters
• Configure AOI inspection algorithms for new product designs
• Set up process conditions and equipment configurations for new packages and production lines
• Optimize reflow parameters and temperature profiles
• Analyze solder/micro bump quality and implement improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues
• Support customer quality requirements through technical evaluation and documentation
• Supports mass production and quality control in the advanced semiconductor packaging process
• Contributes to defect reduction, process stability, and customer satisfaction
• Drives yield and reliability improvements in AOI and reflow process areas
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science (e.g., Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AOI or reflow process in semiconductor backend
• Ability to establish process conditions and optimize parameters
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inspection or reflow/soldering principles
• Experience in defect analysis and developing defect evaluation criteria
• Required experience with bump and RDL inspection
• Basic understanding of thermal, electrical, and material behavior in reflow processes
• Experience in advanced packaging process such as 2.5D, fan-out and flip-chip
• Familiarity with quality tools such as APQP, FMEA and 8D methodology
• Experience in responding to customer quality requirements or certification audits
• Ability to write technical documentation and communicate in English
• Hand-on experience with major AOI equipment(e.g., KLA, onto, Camtek)
• Collaborative experience in AOI image analysis and algorithm development
• Experience in developing inspection criteria and technologies for parameters such as co-planarity, tilt, and voids.
• Experience in quality and reliability evaluation related to reflow or soldering processes
• Understanding of associated assembly/joining processes (eg. Bonding, chip attach)
