We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Engineer to take full ownership of our Vietnam market operations while being based right here in Thailand. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving consultative, value-based project sales for our innovative bulk material and raw material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Vietnamese market while being based in Thailand
• Work closely with local agents and partners in Vietnam, ensuring communication in the local language and bridging cultural/business expectations
• Actively engage in consultative selling, focusing on understanding the customer’s business case, operational challenges, and ROI objectives
• Drive project sales in alignment with our structured consultative selling cycle & methodology, from discovery to value-based proposal and closing
• Develop and deepen relationships with key and potential customers in Vietnam’s target industries
• Conduct regular on-site visits to Vietnam, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor
• Coordinate technical and commercial project clarifications, ensuring alignment with customer expectation
• Create and present compelling presentations, business cases, solution proposals, and financial value arguments
• Lead negotiations and follow through on project execution with consistency
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to strengthen our market strategy
• Represent comp at trade fairs, technology events, and customer workshops in Vietnam and the region
  

The Value You Bring:

• Education: A degree or comparable technical background in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.
• Experience: Initial experience in consultative, value-based selling of technical solutions/machinery.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Thai or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Travel Readiness: Eager and flexible to travel regularly within Vietnam and Southeast Asia, using Thailand as your home base.
• Core Competencies: Strong relationship-building skills, cultural adaptability, resilient personality, and a structured, customer-centric approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, or basic contract law in project-based sales is a plus.
• A strong ability to work with and guide local partners/agents to ensure transparency and success
• Proven relationship-building capabilities and cultural adaptability
• A confident, agile, and resilient personality with a collaborative mindset
• Basic knowledge of contract law and project-based sales is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop automation equipment and mechanical systems for cleanroom and industrial applications
• Prepare engineering design, detailed drawings, and project cost estimation
• Manage projects from concept stage to manufacturing and final commissioning
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements and cost optimization for existing platforms
• Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for design issues during project execution
• Review and verify engineering drawings and designs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
• Liaise with customers on technical specifications, design reviews, and product requirements
• Lead machine installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites when required
• Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards (ISO9000, SEMI-S2, SOP39)
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation equipment, semiconductor, HDD, or precision engineering industries
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory
• Experience in pneumatic system design and pneumatic circuit diagram preparation is required
•  Knowledge of linear motion systems
• Strong experience in preparing fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and machine layout drawings

• Perform installation, deployment, and initial configuration of server, virtualization, storage, backup, and supporting infrastructure solutions at customer sites.
• Execute infrastructure implementation activities according to project design, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Assist in hardware installation, rack and stack, cabling, firmware updates, and system commissioning.
• Deploy and configure Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, storage, and backup solutions.
• Perform system validation, health checks, and verification to ensure successful implementation prior to handover.
• Support migration, upgrade, and infrastructure refresh projects with minimal service disruption.
• Conduct implementation testing including System Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backup recovery validation, and failover testing.
• Troubleshoot deployment-related technical issues and work closely with senior engineers, project teams, vendors, and customers to resolve implementation challenges.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation including as-built documentation, configuration records, deployment checklists, and handover documents.
• Support project acceptance, knowledge transfer, and operational handover to support teams upon project completion.
• Ensure implementation activities comply with security standards, change management processes, and project governance requirements.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, after-office-hours implementation, and standby support where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for deployment automation, standardization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure implementation, deployment, or system integration.
• Basic knowledge of server platforms, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation tools, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and participate in after-hours implementation activities when required.
• Adequate understand and experience in following technical systems/ Technologies: 
• Operating Systems / Hypervisors :VMware vSphere / ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux
• Backup Software: Veeam Backup & Replication
• Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Provisioning & Configuration: Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring systems, Configuration Management
• Cloud Concepts: IaaS (Infrastructure as Service), Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of precision cooling units (CRAC/CRAH, in-row coolers, chillers, and close-control ACs) and to support 24/7 operation in mission-critical environments.

Installation & Commissioning

• Supervise / execute site installation of precision cooling units per manufacturer specifications.

• Perform refrigerant charging, leak checks, piping, and electrical connections.

• Testing and Commission units with proper airflow, setpoints, humidity control, and alarm verification.

• Integrate with BMS (Building Management System) via Modbus, BACnet, or other protocols.

• Provide Operational raining to User.

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits (monthly, quarterly / half-yearly) for critical cooling equipment contracted assets.

• Routine servicing to clean/replace filters, check fan belts/motors, inspect coils, condensate drains and humidifiers.

• Verify refrigerant levels, superheat/subcooling, and compressor performance.

• Inspect electrical panels, contactors, capacitors, and safety controls.

• Document all readings, logs, and component wear and submit service reports.

Corrective & Emergency Maintenance

• Respond to 24/7 emergency breakdown calls (SLA-driven, e.g., 2–4 hours response).

• Diagnose and fix faults: compressor failures, fan motor issues, controller errors, refrigerant leaks.

• Replace key components (compressors, TXVs, fan motors, PCBs).

• Use diagnostic tools (manifold gauges, multimeter, thermal imager, refrigerant leak detector).

Customer & Compliance Support

• Train customer’s facility team on basic operations and alarms.

• Ensure compliance with refrigerant handling regulations (e.g., F-Gas, EPA Section 608).

• Coordinate with OEM support for warranty claims or advanced technical issues.

Requirements

• ITE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 Experience in precision Cooling in CRAC / CRAH/ Chiller equipment.

• Technical skills in Refrigerants circuits diagnosis, electrical schematics, BMS Integration, VFDs and EC Fans.

• Customer-facing communication, structured reporting, remote support capability

• Willing to work on-call 24/7 , travel to sites, and work in data centre environments

• Training will be provided to enhance technical competency.

• Hands-on experience with mobile cranes and/or crawler cranes is highly preferred. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing

• Supply Operation :

  a) Handle enquiries from Distributors b) Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement to ensure on time delivery c) Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom clearance by importers

• Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
