Programme Management

·       Pre-Term Commencement

·       Plan and conduct students’ orientation.

·       Manage Student Learning Management System for students and teaching staff. (include creation of account, module enrolment and de-activation of inactive students etc)

·       Monitor students' term enrolment and provide advice on their pathway and ensure accurate module enrolment in the Student Management System.

·       Ensure course invoices are sent to students and monitor payment

·       Assigned and informed students on tutorial groups (if required).

·       Monitor student pass validity to ensure international students have a valid student pass.

During Term

·       Monitor students' attendance and meet students with low attendance.

·       Liaise with University partners on students' administrative matters. (For university programmes)

·       Conduct Staff-Student Liaison meeting with faculty and university partners.

·       Conduct regular class visits.

·       Reconcile and process royalty payment to university partners.

·       Plan reassessment dates and liaise with exam department on assessments related matters.

Post Term Commencement

·       Ensure End of Course Evaluations are done for modules conducted.

·       For graduated students: ensure that student pass are cancelled and status in the Student Management System is updated.

·       Assist in the organizing of students' graduation ceremony.

Student Support

·       Process and provide course counseling to students’ deferment, withdrawal, program transfer request, etc.

·       Attend to students' enquiries (walk-in I emails/mobile app)

Others

·       Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

·       Support in Open-house or other events as required.

Requirements

·       Degree holder in any discipline with 3-4 years of experience in an education sector setting

·       Good team working skills and a flexible approach to delivering team results.

·       Ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work independently to achieve agreed results and, at times, under pressure.

Job Title: Senior Analyst, Procurement (P2)

Role Scope

General Responsibilities

  1. Procure goods and services from local and overseas sources in compliance with the Company’s Supply Chain Procurement procedures, Code of Ethics, Global Trade, EH&S requirements, and applicable corporate, legal and country regulations.

  2. Apply established procurement policies, procedures and business practices to support operational and business needs, while ensuring compliance with ethics, global trade, EH&S and other regulated requirements.

  3. Ensure timely completion of all required regulated trainings, including ethics, compliance, global trade and EH&S.

  4. Maintain awareness of technology advancements, market practices and process innovations to support continuous improvement in procurement effectiveness and efficiency.

Procurement Execution and Stakeholder Support

  1. Work independently with requestors and functional stakeholders to clarify scope of work, service requirements and product specifications to support quotation, proposal, sourcing and competitive bidding activities in accordance with Procurement procedures.

Vendor Account Management

  2. Facilitate vendor account creation, amendments and credit term applications, ensuring required information and approvals are obtained.

  3. Review vendor accounts periodically to identify inactive vendors, consolidation opportunities and potential improvements to reduce vendor base complexity.

  4. Work with requestors, Logistics, Accounts Payable and other stakeholders to resolve vendor payment issues, invoice discrepancies and payable matters.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  1. Apply continuous improvement tools (e.g., CORE) to identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce non-value-added activities and strengthen work area effectiveness.

  2. Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying, evaluating and recommending opportunities within Procurement or in collaboration with functional stakeholders and suppliers.

Reporting and Documentation

  1. Prepare, publish and maintain standard procurement reports and dashboards as assigned, including vendor performance metrics, commodity program metrics and management reporting.

  2. Ensure proper retention and archiving of procurement documents, including purchase orders, supplier quotations, order acknowledgements, correspondence and other records required for audit, compliance, reference and procedural purposes.

Vendor Accreditation and Compliance Support

  1. Facilitate vendor EH&S training requirements and maintain the accredited vendor list, supplier database, records and licenses required for approved or accredited vendors.

  2. Support compliance with vendor accreditation requirements by coordinating updates, tracking expiry dates and engaging stakeholders or suppliers for required actions.

Commodity and Integration Program Support

Commodity Lead Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the Company and assigned integration or commodity vendors, where appointed.

  2. Maintain working knowledge of the relevant Master Terms Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Service Agreements and program requirements to support effective program management.

  3. Lead or support program members through transition, implementation and stabilization phases, ensuring progress is aligned with agreed objectives and performance expectations.

  4. Monitor supplier performance, participate in periodic supplier reviews and initiate recovery actions when program performance deviates from the agreed plan or metrics.

Commodity Program Member Responsibilities

  1. Support assigned commodity, product or service buckets within integration programs, including transition, implementation, stabilization and performance monitoring activities.

  2. Work with the Commodity Lead and stakeholders to resolve issues, support recovery actions and ensure commodity performance aligns with program objectives.

Required Education

Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution; or equivalent professional certification (e.g., APICS).

• Prepare and conduct lectures, tutorials/workshops and laboratory sessions to certificate, diploma and undergraduate students (including overseas, if required).

Exam QA & Moderation
• Administer the setting and marking of coursework and examination.
• Review and ensure the quality of examination papers under area(s) of specialization.

Lecturer Management
• Assist in the management and development of Diagnostic Radiography academics.
• Review assignment of proposed Diagnostic Radiography teaching assignments.
• Conduct classroom observation as required
Student Management
• Engage in student development by providing strong learning support and monitoring of students’ academic performance in life science
• Advise students with respect to academic performance, career opportunities and the pursuit of advanced studies in the area of Diagnostic Radiography.
• Manage students’ clinical placements in the industry.
Curriculum Management & Development
• Contribute to the review, design and development of Diagnostic Radiography programmes and modules to ensure continued relevance and quality improvement of curricula.
• Programme/ Module leader for  Diagnostic Radiography courses.
• Develop course materials for new modules as required.
• Prepare course/ module review reports of internal and external  Diagnostic Radiography programmes
• New programme development preliminary module mapping tasks.
External Partners Liaison
• Assist in liaising with university course coordinators on academic matters related to Diagnostic Radiography courses where necessary.
• Attend visits by programme partners and academics in Diagnostic Radiography.
Learning & Development
• Contribute to departmental, faculty, or institution- -wide working groups or committees as requested.
• Maintain own continuing professional development, in addition to training and development provided by the institution.
General
• Other administrative duties/projects as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements
• Master in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent. (At least a pass at GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent in the language medium of the programme/module.)
• 3 years of teaching experience at diploma level or above
• 5 years of working experience in related industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills.
• Strong oral and writing skills
• Due to the use of externally booked lab facilities and open house, working hours may include late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is required to accommodate lab availability.

Responsibilities:

1. Contractual Support for Tender, Offers, Variations & Extensions

  • Recommend contractual structures that enhance competitiveness while respecting applicable regulations and internal governance
  • Draft, revise, and negotiate contractual documents with customers, partners, and subcontractors
  • Contribute to internal risk reviews, financial exposure assessments, and mitigation plans
  • Ability to identify opportunities to protect or improve the project's financial performance
  • Support the capture and preparation of variations, extensions, new phases or related offers connected to existing program
  • Prepare and present contractual sections of internal approval documentation, including clear recommendations to management

2. Contract Management Throughout Project Execution

  • Establish, manage, and continuously update the contractual baseline from contract signature to project closure
  • Ensure full contractual awareness across the project team, enabling correct application of obligations, rights, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Anticipate deviations and manage them proactively through contractual notices, waivers, amendments, claims, clarification requests, and other contractual instruments

3. Governance, Leadership & Coordination

  • Act as the reference point for all contractual matters within the project
  • Provide strategic and operational contractual advice to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in departmental initiatives such as improving templates, tools, and best practices, contributing expertise linked to complex project execution

4. Compliance Activities

  • Support relevant compliance processes for the tenders and projects (e.g. third‑party screenings) in coordination with the Compliance Officer (Antitrust, Anticorruption, Personal Data Protection (incl. GDPR), Trade compliance & Duty of vigilance), in particular:
  • Escalate any potential non‑compliance issues where required.

5. Transversal Activities

  • Provide country legal intelligence and knowledge to the relevant global, regional, or corporate stakeholders
  • Interface with external counsels for analysis and management of specific legal issues in the framework of complex contractual and/or legal arrangements or claim/litigation procedures in the Region on a need-basis,
  • Participate in a cross-functional working group for Legal, Contract and Compliance Department (contract management, IP, standard contracts, insurance…)
Requirements
  • Academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field, equivalent to a Master’s degree‑level qualification (EU/UK/SG/US or other comparable higher‑education systems) including a Specialization in Law,
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an in-house legal counsel working in an international context and as part of the legal department of a multinational company,
  • Endowed with analytical and synthesis skills, you assess situations accurately and can easily propose pragmatic solutions,
  • Understand the stakes associated with a major international Group’s compliance program,
  • Master the techniques related to third-party review (third-party screening) and are able to conduct compliance analyses
