Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
- Prepare monthly closing journals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain and review chart of accounts, including account creation, consistency checks, and archiving.
- Support external audit and internal review processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts, XBRL filing, and monthly consolidation where applicable.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reviews, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, intercompany billing, debtors ageing, and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Prepare vendor payments and applications for Banker’s Guarantees.
- Assist in GST submissions, GST reconciliations, tax provisions, deferred tax, and corporate tax computations.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.
- Review reports prepared by the shared services centre.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports and surveys.
- Support the preparation and finalisation of budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate budget and forecast submissions with various departments.
- Assist in consolidation reporting for actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare and post monthly consolidation adjustments and working files.
- Support tax reporting requirements.
System Migration
- Assist in data migration, data validation, and verification activities.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system implementation activities.

Treasury
- Assist in monitoring Singapore Group cashflow.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, consolidation, tax, or treasury.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
