Position Summary
· We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support and enhance the organization's technology landscape across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role serves as a key point of contact for end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and business systems.
· The successful candidate will be involved in infrastructure operations, cloud initiatives, end-user support, technology deployment projects, and digital transformation activities. This position offers exposure to a diverse technology environment encompassing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and remote operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, service requests, and incident resolution.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
· Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
· Participate in infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects.
· Support network, server, endpoint, and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver technology initiatives.
· Maintain IT documentation, procedures, asset records, and technical standards.
· Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance requirements.
· Support remote sites and operational locations where required.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise support environments.
· Proven experience managing hybrid IT environments consisting of both on-premises and cloud technologies.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and cloud services.
· Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 and cloud-related projects.
· Experience supporting distributed or remote operational environments will be advantageous.
· Exposure to infrastructure refresh, migration, or modernization projects is preferred.
· Experience within logistics, transportation, energy, industrial, engineering, or trading environments would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities -
Executive Support
Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones and regional markets
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritisation, and preparation

What We're Looking For -
Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience in supporting C-suite or regional leadership in a multinational environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished executive presence
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Executive, Marketing, you will be responsible for driving social media, content creation, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple automotive and aftersales brands.
This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, engaging target audiences, and generating high-quality leads through creative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage social media strategy and content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness
