Job Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Management

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies, influencing decisions, securing alignment, and driving successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within industrial automation or related industries.

  • Proven experience working in customer-facing roles and collaborating across cross-functional and international teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, commission, and test integrated hardware and software solutions at customer sites.

  • Good understanding of automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, industrial sensors, embedded systems, or related control technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical troubleshooting software.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions in the Philippines, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

5. Budgeting & Cost Management

·       Support or prepare annual manpower plans and salary budgets.

·       Monitor headcount, attrition, and payroll costs.

·       Recommend cost optimization measures where appropriate.

6. HRIS & Process Improvement

·       Support or lead HRIS (Omni HR) implementation and data migration.

·       Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of financial management, reporting, compliance, and controls for our Philippines operations within the commodities / oil & gas sector. Based in Valenzuela City and reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager at our Singapore headquarters, this role plays a critical part in ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective business partnering in a fast-paced trading and operational environment. Role Summary
