What You’ll Be Doing

As an Executive, Marketing, you will be responsible for driving social media, content creation, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple automotive and aftersales brands.

This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, engaging target audiences, and generating high-quality leads through creative and data-driven marketing campaigns.

• Develop and manage social media strategy and content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Manage live streaming activities (TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) and create short-form video content, including hosting when required
• Drive lead generation and conversion optimisation through full-funnel marketing strategies and continuous improvement of user journeys
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations
• Support marketing events and activations, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management
• Proven experience in executing social media campaigns and managing online communities for established or international brands
• Strong understanding of content creation and major social media platforms
• Passionate about social commerce, live streaming, and the evolving digital retail landscape
• Proficient in video editing and content production, including cutting, sequencing, subtitling, and basic motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning.

Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management.

Act as HR business partner to regional leaders and provide HR advisory support.

Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across APAC.

Support workforce planning, HR analytics, engagement surveys, and HR KPI tracking.

Requirement:

• At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
• At least 5 years of regional experience in APAC
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan
• Estimated 20% of business travelling is required

 MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.

• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.

• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.   

• Provides mechanical and/ or electrical repair.                    

• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.                   

• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.

• Studies equipment performance and reliability.

• Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.

• Complete 3C (Concern, cause and corrective action) for every corrective/demand maintenance of plant equipment.

• Perform either 12-hours rotating shift.

• Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed.

• Support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ/ OQ/ PQ on any new project.

• Execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.

• Lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.

• Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects or JDI.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in production conveyor and hydraulic system is a MUST. Motor and pump is a plus

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Nutritional preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge on lean six sigma, kaizen and Kanban.

Qualifications

• ITC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/ Mechanical or related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.

• Lead monthly demand planning activities by consolidating sales forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy against actual performance and prior submissions, and reporting key variances to Sales and Supply Chain leadership.
• Align inventory and replenishment plans with sales demand through monthly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) reviews, MRP analysis, requisition validation, and coordination with suppliers and distribution centers.
• Monitor warehouse and in-transit inventory, track Months of Supply coverage, and proactively escalate supply risks, shortages, delays, or inventory gaps.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations, while ensuring order fulfillment efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee customer order management, including sales order creation, urgent order handling, shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and maintenance of shipping documentation.
• Develop and maintain supply chain process documentation, including lead times, SOPs, work instructions, and end-to-end procedures with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate logistics execution across air, ocean, FCL/LCL, land, and courier shipments by working closely with customers, 3PL warehouse providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and shipment visibility.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions, stock availability updates, freight coordination, shipping documentation, filing records, and shipment amendment follow-ups.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, order management, or 3PL warehouse coordination, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer order fulfillment, inventory coordination, logistics execution, KPI tracking, and South Korea import, customs, and regulatory requirements is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis; experience with ERP systems, Tableau, macros, Visio, or other reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, internal stakeholders, 3PL providers, and forwarders from Korea.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
