Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) to manage and implement HSE programs in alignment with Group and Divisional Safety & Sustainability standards.
The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting operational safety, managing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites. This position works closely with operations teams, site leaders, and regulatory authorities to support safe and compliant daily operations.
Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements
Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and occupational illnesses and prepare reports
Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and statutory submissions
Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance, and industrial hygiene monitoring
Support fire safety requirements, environmental compliance, and facilities‑related activities
Coordinate safety training, inductions, drills, and safety campaigns
Track HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore
At least 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi‑site environments.
Minimally 3 years of experience in Supervisory role
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
