Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) to manage and implement HSE programs in alignment with Group and Divisional Safety & Sustainability standards.

The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting operational safety, managing workplace risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites. This position works closely with operations teams, site leaders, and regulatory authorities to support safe and compliant daily operations.

  • Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field

  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore

  • At least 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi‑site environments.

  • Minimally 3 years of experience in Supervisory role

  • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
