Job Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup & Tool Setting
- Responsible for tool setting, tool length and radius offset setting for Mazak Mill-Turn machines.
- Set and manage tool offsets, tool life, and tool numbering.
- Ensure correct setup of spindle, B-axis, C-axis, and live tooling.
2. Program Verification & Trial Run
- Check Mazatrol / EIA programs against drawings before production.
- Conduct first article setup and trial cutting.
- Adjust cutting parameters to ensure stable machining.
3. Fixture & Workpiece Setup
- Install and align chucks, collets, soft jaws, fixtures, and centers.
- Set work offsets (G54–G59) and ensure proper alignment and runout control.
4. Measurement & Quality Support
- Measure first-off parts using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Ensure parts meet drawing and tolerance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Mazak Mill-Turn machines (e.g., Integrex series).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong setup, alignment, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills with production and QC teams.

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to work on a enterprise project.
This role requires someone who has strong experience in Kubernetes platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system, application, and infrastructure performance using observability and monitoring tools to ensure platform reliability and availability.
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms supporting enterprise applications and services.
- Administer and support Linux, Windows, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve platform reliability through automation, standardization, and best practices.
- Participate in platform architecture reviews, system design, infrastructure planning, and capacity management to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation scripts, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Proactively identify system issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational risks, implementing preventive measures and automation to improve service resilience.
- Define, measure, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and operational metrics to ensure service reliability.
- Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews to continuously improve platform stability and operational processes.
- Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure infrastructure services are delivered on schedule while maintaining operational stability and service quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles to support ongoing platform operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server administration in enterprise environments.
- Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, or programming using one or more high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience with infrastructure management, system monitoring, and operational support.
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere/VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or Broadcom VMware technologies is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working location at the East region of Singapore.

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to work on a enterprise project.
This role requires someone who has experience in Kubernetes platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and support backup solutions for physical servers, virtual machines, NAS workloads, databases, and Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.Administer, monitor, and support enterprise backup and recovery platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and successful backup operations.
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of backup failures, restore requests, and infrastructure issues across servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and Kubernetes environments.
- Diagnose backup data paths from client systems to storage targets, including verification of Data Domain appliances, storage performance, hardware health, and network connectivity.
- Manage enterprise backup operations using Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Avamar, and other backup technologies.
- Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Kubernetes platforms, including cluster health, backup integration, storage provisioning, and platform availability.
- Support VMware virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, and container platforms to ensure reliable and secure service delivery.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Perform infrastructure patching, upgrades, capacity planning, system optimization, and technology refresh initiatives across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and system configuration documentation.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders while ensuring service levels, operational excellence, and platform reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes (K8s) environments in enterprise or cloud infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, or Rancher.
- Experience integrating backup solutions with Kubernetes workloads and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) or scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise operational support.
