Job :

• Handle and respond to customer quality issues, including external CARs
• Manage RMA activities (product verification and liaison with CS/Operations on product disposition) and act as approver for non-standard flow 
• Coordinate customer audits and questionnaires (quality-related) and follow up on audit findings
• Drive continuous improvement and problem analysis using yield data, MRB (for low assembly yield and high continuity), and internal/external CARs
• Handle incoming material defects and follow up with customers on disposition
• Prepare and issue customer reports such as Cpk, Reliability, assembly/test LRR, PPM, etc.
• Prepare QBR materials related to quality indicators (PPM, reliability, Cpk, SPC, etc.)
• Notify TPM/customers on PCNs and track progress
• Act as the main point of contact when liaising with TPM/customers and customer SQEs on technical issues
• Perform customer specification reviews, coordinate with relevant parties, and provide feedback to customers on any concerns
• Maintain and update customer baseline specifications
• Liaise with Operations on engineering evaluations and data analysis related to quality issues
• Work with NPI/Quality teams on specification reviews for package and device qualification results

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic disciplines or its equivalent with 3 years relevant experience
• Preferably 3 years’ semiconductor working experience in Customer Quality Reliability Assurance field in Semiconductor Manufacturing, wafer industries .
• Good Customer Quality  experience in semicon industry preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

Job Responsibilities include:

·       Handle day to day pricing, set rate guideline 

·       Perform yield management to drive for the best cargo mix

·       Gather and review market information

·       Prepare revenue forecast

·       Assist in feasibility studies on pricing strategies and trade services, and be involved in business development plan and other trade commercial projects

·       Involve in and understand all key components of the trade service P&L and know where to improve

·       Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements

·       Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 2 years of pricing analysis experience or commercial work in a large shipping firm

·       Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

·       Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills

·       Meticulous, outgoing personality, assertive and ability to work under tight deadlines

·       Able to multi-task and work independently
