Responsibilities
Provide independent clinical assessment of patients and formulate individualized plans of care within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse and in consultation with the multi-disciplinary team, referring appropriately for internal or external services as necessary
Perform clinical procedures as required for patient care
Perform on-call duties on a rostered basis to provide out of office hours phone call support to patients and escalating emergent cases to on-call doctor as necessary
Assist Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager in duties including but not limited to nursing consumables inventory, controlled drug storage/tracking and guiding junior staff nurses in performing their duties
Completion of required competency training within the stipulated time frame
Track learning hours and proactively look out for learning opportunities to meet development requirements
Assist Nurse Clinician/Assistant Nurse Clinician in duties of clinical audits and clinical supervisions and guiding of junior staff nurses in performing their duties periodically
Proactively participate in QI and audit projects undertaken by the HC/HH team, taking up the role of assistant project manager if necessary
Any other tasks that may arise as part of MWS HC/HH service requirements
Requirements
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 5 years of Nursing work exposure and minimum 2 years of community health care work exposure
Specialist/Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, Palliative Care or equivalent preferred

Mechanical Senior Technician (MRO / Aerospace)

Responsibilities
Performs special processes and repair of composite structures, and documents all completed tasks and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) tasks for aircraft components in accordance with technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Examine parts for maintenance, repair or replacement, troubleshoots component defects and take corrective actions to restore components to the desired performance requirements.
Ensure and comply with airworthiness and legislative requirements, and the organization’s safety, health and quality systems.
Perform quality control functions, including inspection of incoming materials and outgoing serviced items, and registration of non-conformances in accordance with the company procedures (Quality manual, AP&P, etc) and support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
Provide guidance to the junior technician
Check and certify workshop maintenance test rigs, machinery and tools records; follow company procedures that relate to the accurate maintenance of aircraft components and identify components and parts that are unserviceable to raise parts requisitions.
Release and certify aerospace component in compliance to part 145 requirement. (FAA, EASA, CAAC,CAAS, CAAM and etc)
Able to oversee daily activities in the absence of Cell Leader and to do advance troubleshooting and liaise with engineer to provide resolution to repair aircraft component.
Support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical or in similar discipline with about 3-5 years of experiences
Candidates with certifications in CAAS L11/L12/CO1 or M10, or equivalent papers would be an advantage.
Self-driven and motivated working as a team player.

Learning Support Teacher

- Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably at the Primary or Senior level in an international school setting.
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including academic, social-emotional, and behavioural challenges.
- Experience developing and implementing Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) or differentiated instruction.
- Strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IGCSE) is desirable.
- Ability to use assessment and data to monitor student progress and inform interventions.
