We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager Segment to lead our operations in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a specific business segment, driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth for the assigned segment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget management, revenue generation, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships to expand the segment's reach.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Drive operational efficiency and service quality across all segment activities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications in project management, leadership, or a specific industry are a plus.

- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L for a significant business unit or segment.
- Experience with market entry strategies and business development in emerging markets.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
