How it works
The ticketing system is set up strictly for bug reporting, meaning system errors, unexpected behaviour, and data issues related to go-live. Our team will review, validate, and coordinate internally to resolve these.

To help us resolve issues quickly, we ask that each ticket include a clear description of the issue, the steps taken before the issue occurred, and, where possible, a screenshot
This helps our team validate and act on it without unnecessary back-and-forth.
